What is the color, hue and saturation
You need to know essentials about colour, hue and saturation when taking photo. Photography is of course a representation of the light that we see. The white light is composed of all colours and as reflected by something so takes up different frequencies. We will see different colours depending on the light reflected from the surface. Colour is therefore light that has passed on or is broken so that it may be a certain frequency and it is caught in the camera and then reproduced either on a screen or photo paper.
So depending on the quality of the cameras lens so it will be able to reproduce the light that objects reflect different good. That is why the really good lenses are so expensive and the most important part of the camera. They are good to deal with light of different colours. Digital camera has an element that captures and records the light, and it is also obviously dependent on this element to quality and colour reproduction we get the picture. The major camera brands have good experience and are usually good quality.
It is important to understand that the colours next to each other affect each other. A colour will be perceived differently depending on what colors are next. Image opposite clearly shows that how we perceive the color blue in the middle change depending on the colors in the vicinity. The small square is the same color, but we perceive it differently.
One can divide the color of the light properties of the two concepts hue and saturation. A color shade is dependent on the wavelength of light that is dominant. On the other hand is determined as the saturation of how pure a color is that is how narrow wavelength range is. The image here so have two curves, a blue hue that is, they have a maximum in the blue area. The yellow curve is not as saturated, while the red is very mature and have a narrow wavelength range.
set and we get a red tint in the picture. The other
has auto mode and get a better tone color.
When you take pictures with your camera and images are strange in color. What are you doing wrong? One thing that matters is the white balance. There is a way to “set” in colours temperature. If you let the camera set the white balance and then forget to do the next image, it can be really weird colors. White balance determines the “temperature” of the colour.
We have previously written about the colour of the photograph and on the web.
