leaf b/wPhoto gives so much. I am making cellphone’s photo. Remember i have a group of photos within Ipernity, Cellphone, where mobile camera may be in focus. You can by simple means take good pictures you do not need a SLR and just let good knowledge of image and what it entails be in the centre. I thought that together we can explore the potential of mobile.

You can take good pictures with the camera that you always have with you. It is only knowledge, which is needed what it is capable of. Together with a good editing software such as Gimp, it is quite a lot. It will take you pretty far even with 5 Megapixel with 2 Megapixel, but how far? You can see examples in my album what you can do. Come and join before you can safely transfer some of the knowledge of your compact camera or to your SLR. Everyone can participate. You just need to somehow be able to transfer your pictures to Ipernity. With USB or otherwise. We can probably help each other. I want to see your pictures with your mobile!

You are clearly building your composite skills and will improve fast everyday.

cellphone mobileYou carry it always with you and the camera quality has improved with each new generation of mobile phones. There is enough time to see the mobile phone’s camera more seriously. i use Nokia 6220 Classic and i use it more and more often to train photo and composition. It is no longer the toy that was a while ago, but is beginning ever approach a compact cameras quality. It begins to stand on your mobile so that you can get good pictures. I also use the camera to film, to podcast, record something i want to remember and write down ideas. It is really a versatile tool. Use it and you never regret it and why not record comments with it. Do some real critic on Ipernity with recording some sounds and put it up on ipernity.

Here you have 12 tips that you can take to you to get the most out of your mobile photography.

- Use the illuminated motifs. Good light means good picture.
- Go close
- Hold the camera still
- Use the composition rules.
- Do not use digital zoom
- Experiment with different settings

- Take many photos and experiment
- Follow the composition rules and breaking them
- Keep the lens clean (try using the tape with a really clear tape)
- Think about this with the mobile phone’s etiquette (golden rule is a good idea to follow)
- Rename pictures
- Always use the highest resolution

A good mobile camera to take photo is essential an i use the Nokia 6220 Classic. Although it is much more than the camera is its 5 Megapixels impressive even though it probably means some noise in view of the surface must be squeezed into it. The optics are good and even if it can not yet compete with a larger compact camera starts mobile camera and ultra-compact cameras approaching both physically and in ability.

6220 is of course a whole host of other features like GPS, media player and much more. Have they been smart to put those into Geotagging automatically at the pictures.
